A big THANK YOU to Shane Stolz from Farm Bureau for speaking to Mrs. Lynch’s Personal Finance class this week! Students gained valuable insight into the world of insurance—what it is, why it matters, and how to protect themselves financially in the future. We’re grateful for your time, expertise, and for helping our students connect classroom learning to real-life decisions!

4th graders helped kindergarteners read and build a house for the "Big Bad Wolf" to stay out of! We love getting our grade levels together and collaborating with each other!

Thank you to the anonymous donor who bought EVERY kindergartener a book from the Elementary Book Fair! Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Last week, FBLA members took time to serve our community with a highway cleanup near the Buffalo River. After a job well done, they celebrated with a cookout and some great fellowship! Way to lead by example!

Welcome Coach David Ballard to the Yellville-Summit School District!
We’re excited to have Coach Ballard joining us as the new head boys’ basketball coach.

4th grade finished up their Dollars and Sense Program with Arvest today with a tour at the bank to learn more about the banking world. They ended the day with a pizza party, trivia, and games at the park from Arvest. Thank you to Mrs. Amanda, Mrs. Tera, and Mrs. Katie for all of their work with this!

Our athletic department, along with Panther fans and families, celebrated our Panther athletes and coaches tonight at the Panther Athletic Awards Program. From individual accomplishments to conference championships, the success of all our athletes and teams was honored! Our guest speaker, 2014 alumnus Dr. Jordin (Walker) Betts, PT, DPT, shared the benefits she gained from her time as a Lady Panther. Perseverance, teamwork, and confidence helped shape her into the person she is today. She encouraged our athletes to seize the opportunities that sports provide and to use them as preparation for the future. Dr. Betts is yet another Panther alumnus doing great things in the world! Congratulations to our Miss Panther, Hannah Hayward, and Mr. Panther, Noah Layton! You both exemplify the qualities we value in our athletes. Also, congratulations to our Y-S Booster Club winners, Fay Chism and Bryce Ott—thank you for being such great role models for our younger Panthers!

A big thank you to Brittany Curtis from Anstaff Bank for speaking to Mrs. Lynch's Personal Finance class yesterday! Students learned valuable real-world tips about banking, saving, and building a strong financial future. We appreciate your time and expertise!
