We’re excited to honor our seniors participating in band, cheerleading, golf, esports, and football at our home football game tomorrow! The ceremony begins at 6:30 PM, followed by kickoff at 7:00 PM. Let’s fill the stands and show our support for our seniors!
*Participating seniors and parents/guardians please meet at the concession stand gate at 6:15.

Computer science and agriculture students had the opportunity to attend North Arkansas College Manufacturing Day. Students had an industry tour at Claridge Products, lunch at Northark’s South campus, then a tour of the North campus technical center. Students were able to experience multiple career fields, ask questions, and gain valuable insights.

Arvest Bank recently honored local teachers during the bank’s “We Love Teachers” initiative, which awards area educators $500 each to help with the purchase of school supplies.
We are so proud that Mrs. Alicia Drake was chosen for this award! She is a lifelong Panther, and we are honored to have such a capable and caring person on our staff!

EARLY DISMISSAL REMINDER Yellville-Summit Schools will dismiss at 1:30 PM tomorrow, October 30.


Yellville-Summit Panther Football will travel to Episcopal tomorrow! Episcopal Collegiate Athletics has moved to digital ticketing. There will be no cash at the gate. Y-S Junior High quiz bowl team members competed against students from several area schools at the AGQBA sponsored quiz bowl camp held at Cotter on Saturday, October 26th. Kieran Spence was top all star for the day! Eli West’s team benefited from his contributions claiming first place overall, and Carter Metcalf took the award for top 7th grade participant! All three won cash prizes for their efforts!



Y-S Trap team received a grant from the 2nd Amendment Legacy Foundation to help with the upcoming trap season. We are so thankful!


Yellville-Summit Jr. High and Sr. High Chess teams had a fantastic day of chess at NAC competing with students from 11 other districts from our co-op area. Both teams brought home 3rd place trophies against tough competition and Cooper Morrow earned a 3rd place individual trophy with an amazing record of 4-1.



Robotics 1 classes have been learning about the Engineering Design Process. Their challenge was to create the tallest free-standing tower out of only spaghetti and marshmallows. We had some competitive students!


The 3rd annual middle school tailgate was a huge hit. Thank you to Arvest and the Parent Teacher Organization for donating your time and resources to make this event a success!
Thank you 7th and 8th grade teachers for organizing, setting up, and funding the individual contests to engage our students.
