Our elementary is LOVING the new playground! Just in time for spring!

Thursday evening, the high school band performed at the Region VI Concert Band Assessment. This involves playing in front of a panel of judges and getting a rating 1-5, 1 being the best.
The band got a 2 in concert music and a 1 in sight reading (playing music they have never seen before). We are thrilled with the results and are incredibly proud of the work our students put in every day.

Don't forget - Panthers Change Lives Change Drive begins tomorrow!

Dear Parent/Caregiver,
The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) is committed to providing high quality experiences for your child. The Forum for Youth Investment’s Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality (Weikart Center), a non-profit agency that helps after school programs learn how to improve, is working with ADE to identify what is going well and how they can improve.
As an important adult in your child’s life, your feedback is deeply valued. We would like to know about your experiences and your child’s experiences to understand how we can best serve ADE students’ and families. This is not a report card for the afterschool program. Instead, it is an opportunity for them to understand what is going well and how they can improve.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential, and cannot be linked to you, and will not be individually shared with the afterschool program. The research team at the Weikart Center will summarize all responses and prepare a report for each afterschool location. These reports will be used to inform a program improvement plan that will identify the strengths and opportunities for improvement for each site.
If you have any questions or need additional support, please contact, arkdata@forumfyi.org.
Thank you,
